Shipping

Every order is carefully and discreetly packaged, and shipping is complimentary on every order to the US and Canada.

Every Sempre piece is custom made to order for you. Crafting takes 2–4 weeks from the day you order, and your piece ships as soon as it passes final inspection. This timeline is noted on each product page and at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking by email. If you haven’t received it within the expected window, contact our concierge and we’ll look into it personally.

Returns & Exchanges

If a piece isn’t right, contact our concierge and we’ll work with you on a return or exchange. Email us with your order number to get started.
