Every order is carefully and discreetly packaged. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

In-stock pieces ship as soon as they’re ready. Made-to-order pieces are crafted for you and typically ship within 3–4 weeks; the timeline is noted on each product page.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking by email. If you haven’t received it within the expected window, contact our concierge and we’ll look into it personally.

Returns & Exchanges

If a piece isn’t right, contact our concierge and we’ll work with you on a return or exchange. Email us with your order number to get started.
