Our Products

All jewelry sold by Sempre is set with moissanite — a lab-created gemstone — unless explicitly stated otherwise. We describe each piece, including its grade and specifications, as accurately as possible. Moissanite is not a diamond, and we never represent it as one.

Colors and detail may appear slightly different on screen than in person due to display variation. Each piece arrives with a certificate of authenticity.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe; by purchasing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing error.

Orders & Availability

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm orders by email. In-stock items ship promptly; made-to-order pieces are crafted for you within the timeframe noted on the product page.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping, returns, and exchanges are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Custom Pieces

Bespoke commissions are made specifically for you and are final sale, except in the case of a defect on our part.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, designs, and the Sempre name and marks — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sempre is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
